Hypnosis and meditation are scientifically well-researched, safe, and deeply relaxing processes in which you temporarily enter a trance-like state of heightened awareness. You naturally experience trance-like states during everyday life while you’re daydreaming; during meditation or creative visualisation; when you’re falling asleep or arising up from slumber; when you’re driving and lose track of where you are or how you arrived; when you’re reading an interesting book or watching an engaging movie. When entering a slower brainwave or “trance” state while listening to hypnotic audio, you will remain in complete control and able to return to full alertness whenever you choose easily.
