Payment Policy

Please read the following carefully.

This policy covers services to consumers and payments for all Websites that form the Network of Sophia Marie Lightfoot and The Sophia Marie Lightfoot Brand. This policy forms part of the regulation of the business relationship between you (the Consumer) and us (The Sophia Marie Lightfoot Brand). When you buy from any of the websites that form the network of The Sophia Marie Lightfoot Brand, you agree to be bound by this policy.  

No person under the age of 18 years may purchase Services. If you are under 18, please ask an adult for help with your purchase.

Your payments with The Sophia Marie Lightfoot Brand are secure! We collect payment information through Stripe or PayPal, which is securely transmitted directly to Stripe or PayPal without it passing through our servers.

Definitions

In this policy:

“Card” means any Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit card details or debit card details provided to The Sophia Marie Lightfoot Brand by a Consumer in order to pay for any Services.

“Consumer” means any natural person who, in connection with this agreement, is acting for purposes that are outside his business;

“Content” means any material in any form published on Our Website by us or any third party with our consent.

“Installment” means an instalment required in relation to a Payment Plan.

“Material” means Content of any sort posted by you on Our Website.

“Our Website” means the entire computing hardware and software installation that is or supports this Website or any other Website that forms The Leah Steele Brand including associated social media pages.

“Payment Plans” means payment for the Services made in monthly (or other periodic) instalments.

“Services” means any of the services and products or programs we offer for sale on our Website and include generally available updates and support services so far as specified for each service.



Price, payment and service provision

1. It is possible that the price may have increased from that posted on our Website. If that happens, we will not provide the Services until you have confirmed that you wish to order at the new price.

2. All services are billed in AUD. 3. You agree to pay the charge/s for the Services, from the bank account or credit card information for which you have or will have supplied to us.

4. Upon selecting the Service, Consumers will be directed to a sales or payment page whereby payment details are provided. Once completed, Consumers will receive a payment confirmation through their nominated email account. Upon checking out the Consumer will be required to check a box stating they agree to the payment policy and terms and conditions of The Sophia Maire Lightfoot Brand.

5. Payment Plans are available and are billed in advance according to the relevant payment due dates. You authorize us to arrange the withdrawal of funds on this card at each payment due date (or afterwards if the payment is past its due date) without further reference to you.  Other payments can be made through various other payment portals at your request.

6. If you have purchased a Service that is on a scheduled Payment Plan, you agree that you are obligated to pay the Payment Plan off in full according to the schedule listed on the order form/order confirmation.

7. For all payments, you must ensure there are sufficient funds available through the use of your nominated Card or account to allow the payment to be charged when it is due. You agree to notify us promptly in writing if the nominated Card or account specified in any Plan that forms a part of this agreement or any other card you nominate to us as a means of making the payment is cancelled, suspended, due to expire or otherwise ceases to be a means by which we may collect payments while payments remain owing. In this case, you must immediately nominate another card or pay the outstanding balance of instalments and all other monies payable under this agreement.​

8. Payments may not be postponed. Please assure that you have money in your account on the day your payment is set to draft to avoid incurring additional fees. We may postpone payments at our discretion for extenuating circumstances. If you have extenuating circumstances you must email [email protected] at least 72 hours prior to your payment being drafted with your request. Any approved payment postponement will incur a $25 fee that will be applied to the postponed payment and be deducted when it drafts.

9. Any non-cleared payment attempt will incur a $25 late payment fee per payment attempt. Please be advised that payments attempt again automatically by our billing system and will attempt 4 times in total before your payment plan is cancelled. Contact [email protected] ASAP if you have any payment issues.

10. Any payment plan that is cancelled and needs to be reinstated will incur an additional $50 fee for reinstatement.

11. Any payment plan that needs to be changed in any way will incur a $50 fee.

12. In the event that you default on the payment of any instalment under a Payment Plan, we will attempt to once again debit any monies owing from your Card as soon as reasonably practicable and make contact with you via your nominated email regarding the outstanding monies.

13. In the event that an extended payment plan is offered to you as a way to cure default on a payment plan or to accommodate extenuating financial circumstances interest will be charged at a rate of 22%.

14. In addition to paragraph 7 above, in the event that you default on any Installment under a Payment Plan we may restrict, deny or remove access to your services whilst any overdue amounts remain outstanding.

15. You agree to indemnify The Sophia Marie Lightfoot Brand and its officers, agents and employees in respect of any claim, action, damage, loss, liability, cost, charge, expense, outgoing or payment (including legal expenses (on a full indemnity basis) arising from or relating to a breach by you of these terms or any applicable law or regulation in connection with the purchase or payment plan of this product.

16. Our Services may be provided by email / made available for you to download / in the way we have explained on our Website or online through social media platforms.

17. You may not share or allow others to use the Services in your name.


PLEASE NOTE:


We do not offer refunds.  If at any time you decide to cancel your subscription and/or payments, you will lose access to your program within 24 hours. This paragraph does not affect your rights in the event that you have a genuine and valid complaint about the way we have provided the Services to you.

All payments are non-refundable and should you not be able to participate or choose not to participate in the program or offer that you purchased you will NOT receive a reimbursement for any payments received.

If it is determined by us that you have violated or breached any of the terms of our Confidential Information and Intellectual Property Rights agreement, located in our Terms and Conditions, your access to all programs you have purchased from us will immediately be revoked. You will not receive a refund for any payments that have been made and we will prosecute to the full extent of the law. 

You agree that any violation on your part of our Confidential Information and Intellectual Property Rights agreement forfeits any and all claims to monies paid to us. This includes refunds and credit card chargebacks.

Execution of your payment plan is a contract to pay all payments on the plan. Plans may not be cancelled even if you chose not to participate in the service.

Terms and Conditions.


Sophia Marie Lightfoot is a certified Rapid Transformational Therapy practitioner and offers hypnotherapy in the form of Rapid Transformational Therapy, using the unique hybrid-hypnotherapy method developed by Marisa Peer. Clients may experience significant shifts following a single RTT session, however, two, three, or more RTT sessions may be beneficial for more deeply rooted, or multi-layered issues. Caution: Epileptics are generally advised not to enter hypnosis, nor is anyone diagnosed with a psychotic illness. 

Hypnosis is entirely natural, safe and relaxing. You will remain conscious and in complete control throughout your Rapid Transformational Therapy session. In hypnosis, each client is regressed back to childhood scenes to help discover the root cause of a present issue. Sophia then works together with each client in hypnosis to gain an understanding of where the current limiting belief or pattern of behaviour originated, with the view to changing it. 

Please note, hypnosis alone is no guarantee of success. Every client must be committed to creating a positive change in her life, and be open, willing and motivated to change via hypnosis. Each client must also commit to listening to her bespoke hypnotic audio recording every day for a minimum of 21 days, following her Rapid Transformational Therapy session.

The information, techniques, methods and recommendations given by Sophia Marie Lightfoot are not intended to substitute for the diagnosis and care of a qualified physician or GP, nor to encourage the treatment of any illness by persons not recognisably qualified. 

If you use hypnosis and are under medical care for ANY condition, do NOT make adjustments to ANY professionally prescribed medication without the approval of your doctor. If in doubt, seek your GP's advice.

The client agrees: 

1) That you are not suffering from any diagnosed psychiatric condition, psychological illness or epilepsy and are not under the supervision of a psychiatrist. (If you are under the supervision of a psychiatrist, written approval for the client to undertake RTT with Sophia Marie Lightfoot is required.) 

2) That you will take part in all sessions free from the influence of alcohol or drugs and will provide a list of any prescription medicines you are currently taking. 

3) That you will not record the session (either by audio or visual means) without prior consent from the hypnotherapist. 

4) That you understand and accept that the hypnotherapist may terminate the session without warning if the hypnotherapist should determine that the session has been booked for some purpose other than to receive therapy, and that should this occur, the client will remain liable for any session fee that may have been paid in advance. 

Additional Terms & Conditions for online video conferencing sessions (via Zoom, Skype, FaceTime or Messenger platforms): 

a) That you have provided the correct address and contact details of your online location. 

b) That you ensure that the environment in which sessions are undertaken shall be safe and free from distractions and you will inform the hypnotherapist if there is anyone else present or monitoring the session. 

c) That you provide a backup number or text arrangement in case of technology failure and a third-party emergency contact number. 

Caution: Epileptics are generally advised not to enter hypnosis, nor is anyone diagnosed with a psychotic illness. 

What is discussed within an RTT session, during coaching, mentoring, and check-ins, or via email and text communication is considered confidential, and will not be discussed with anyone else unless agreed by the client. All client data is kept strictly confidential. The exception to this is as required by law.

You understand that RTT, coaching, and mentoring are not a substitute for professional advice in matters of finances, legal, medical, or business issues. You will seek appropriate expertise as you need and agree that all decisions in these areas are exclusively your own. You take full responsibility for your decisions and your actions.
