How to Prepare for your RTT Session

Prior preparation and planning sets you up for phenomenal success.

● Set aside 2 hours for your RTT session in a quiet, distraction-free space.

● Allow 20 minutes beforehand to tune in to your head, heart and gut as you set a specific goal for our time together.

● Ensure you are well-hydrated, have visited the bathroom, and your phone is in do-not-disturb mode.

● Choose a recliner or a comfortable chair that supports your spine and allows the soles of your feet to rest on the floor. Alternatively, relax on your bed propped up on cushions.

● Have a glass of water and a box of tissues within easy reach. 

● Use reliable headphones or Bluetooth earphones so we can hear each other clearly.

● Ensure your webcam has a strong signal, and check that your face, eyes, and arms are visible.

● Check the internet connection is stable.

● And ensure that your device is fully charged or connected to a power source before your start time.

*Download and test Zoom before your session at https://zoom.us/ if you aren't familiar with the platform. 

 **If the internet connection drops during your session, you'll naturally return to a waking state of awareness. Then, we will reconnect and resume your session. 

 ● After your RTT session, I will email you a bespoke hypnotic audio recording. Listen daily for at least 30 days to rewire your thinking patterns for your desired transformation. 

● Don't plan urgent engagements after your appointment. Instead, use this time for a self-care activity or relaxation.
